the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in a convenient location, halfway between Desenzano and Sirmione. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with modern showers and comfortable beds. the air conditioning worked well, which was essential as the weather was hot during my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of options including scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, cold meats. the hotel also had a modest pool and plenty of loungers for sunbathing. I had a positive experience at this hotel. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 🌟.

Spacious rooms, well aquipped

Very big and spacious apartments, clean and well equiped bathrooms. A little deserted feeling in late april, front door not stopping the noise on the corridor. Good value.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with good amenities, including a kitchenette for convenience. the staff was helpful and welcoming, providing good service throughout the stay. the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop and a supermarket, making it easy to get around.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was a little far from the main attractions and required taking transportation to get around. the breakfast selection was adequate but could have been better with more variety.

The Hotel is quiet, relaxing and in a great location. The staff is multilingual and very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our motorcycle trip.

The hotel was modern and spotlessly clean - the pool despite being at the front of the hotel was lovely and the fountains and lights at night gave the hotel a classy look. the apartments were large the bathrooms were wetrooms and there was a hot tub on the roof - we did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. but all in all a brilliant hotel.

the only downside was the location which was between Sirmione and Desenzano which both cost about 12 Euro by taxi to get to

We spent an enjoyable New Year break in a hotel located in a bustling town, which offered easy access to a nearby supermarket and a variety of restaurants. We appreciated the ample parking space the hotel provided and the well-kept swimming pool. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large balcony and efficient heating system.

The road in front of the hotel was very noisy and the soundproofing of our room was poor. We felt the breakfast buffet was below average and did not offer many options.

Location was ideal, not too near the "touristy" bits but within driving and walking distances.The suite we had was very comfortable, spacious & elegantly decorated. The swimming pool and lounging area were also very nice and spacious, the fountains display was a wonderful touch to sooth the nerves after a hectic day. The staff were very nice and helpful. Altogather a wonderful stay.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff generally helpful. Liked the idea of the underground car-park. Well located and easy to find.

Use of kitchen area should be automatically included, given the price of the rooms and the lack of any catering arrangements.

I recently stayed at a well-located hotel near Sirimone. The suite was excellent, very clean, and up to date. The veranda was a nice addition. The daily cleaning service was also excellent. The hotel's proximity to Lake Garda was a plus, and the swimming pool was a great attraction. I had a good experience at this hotel, and I would recommend it.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, being close to public transport and just a stone's throw away from the breathtaking lake. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, from their warm and friendly nature to their attentiveness to our needs. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a balcony where we could enjoy the stunning views. The hotel also had a range of facilities, including a swimming pool and a flat-screen TV, which enhanced our stay even more. we were extremely satisfied with the luxurious comfort and quality services provided here.

This place is definitely on our list for another trip in the area. It provided us with everything we needed for a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend it to others.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. Very large rooms, comfortable awiming pool, bikes, washing mashine, for rent (1 euro - one our for bikes...), covered parking space.excellent place, would hihly recomend.

If you are coming without a car, there is nothing close to the hotel.

Such a shame they didn't provide a helicopter pad, would have been much more convenient for us wealthy travelers.

It was clean, roomy and not over crowded. The location was the best as it was close to the main motorway the A4.

No atmospher what so ever, No lunch menu No evening menu Unstaffed bar area No way 4 star facilitys. The main consern for me was the reseption Staff always seamed on edge, they were continuely watching the CCTV for which there were over 20 screens. As I was concerned I ask on of the staff. They told me they have been experiencing a lot of crime at the hotel.
